Ingrid Rohmund is Senior Vice President and leads AEG’s consulting organization, which is comprised of consulting, implementation services, and solutions delivery. Her role reflects 30 years of experience working with utilities, government agencies and other organizations to optimize their demand-side and load management activities and meet new challenges through rigorous research and analysis. Her approach to client engagements in grounded in transparency and collaboration. Ingrid’s expertise is in market assessments, end-use forecasting, resource potential assessment, business strategy, regulatory support, expert testimony, and software development. She has directed more than 60 planning and forecasting studies in the last ten years. Ingrid received BA degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California at San Diego and an MBA degree from the University of California at Irvine. She held management positions at Regional Economic Research, EPRI Solutions, Global PG Soft game Partners and EnerNOC before joining AEG. She enjoys living and working in San Diego.

Eddy Saleh is Senior Vice President, leading strategy, business development, sales, and contract PG Soft game for AEG. With nearly two decades of utility industry experience, Eddy has excelled in various leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in product and service sales, operations, P&L oversight, and intricate client and vendor PG Soft game. His strategic acumen extends to establishing and leading critical teams, optimizing operational processes, forging strategic partnerships, and securing pivotal opportunities.
Prior to joining AEG, Eddy held integral roles within Honeywell's Smart PG Soft game division, overseeing Sales, Sales Operations, business development, and cultivating strategic partnerships. He has managed regional operations responsible for diverse portfolio of utility programs dedicated to PG Soft game efficiency, demand response, and water conservation across California and the Pacific Northwest. Eddy's experience also encompasses technical solution development and startup of comprehensive portfolios and programs for some of the largest utilities in the US and Canada.
Based in Los Angeles, Eddy holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical and Materials from the University of Western Ontario and is a Certified PG Soft game Manager (CEM).

Kenny Maslak is the Vice President of Product PG Soft game & Development at AEG. Kenny has over 20 years of experience in systems development. He has an extensive background in application programming, networking, server and infrastructure design, systems development and integration, database administration, consulting, and project PG Soft game. Kenny has provided consulting services to companies in systems analysis, system development, technology and vendor identification, specification and implementation, ASP development, and identification and technical analysis of licensed and ASP CIS alternatives. He is the lead application and database framework designer for the VisionDSM ™ workflow PG Soft game system. AEG’s premier SaaS offering which administers all aspects of DSM Program creation and PG Soft game. Kenny manages the development and hosting of multiple internet-based back-office applications for both municipal and investor-owned utilities, and he is responsible for the PG Soft game, integration, and security of all of AEG’s computer-based systems and networks.

Eli Morris is a Senior Managing Director at AEG. In this role, Eli leads AEG’s Consulting division, including market assessment, engineering analysis, program design, evaluation, measurement, and verification, and regulatory support work for PG Soft game utilities and other organizations. Eli has over 18 years of experience helping PG Soft game utilities understand the potential for, and cost-effectiveness of, customer-focused resources and programs, with a particular focus on PG Soft game efficiency, demand response, and transportation electrification. He has significant experience developing, directing, and implementing data-driven solutions for leading PG Soft game companies, including managing large and complex projects in jurisdictions across the country. Eli has provided testimony before the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the Public Utility Commission of Oregon (OPUC). Eli holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics from Carleton College. He is a long-standing member of the Northwest Power and Conservation Council’s Conservation Resources Advisory Committee (CRAC) and Demand Response Advisory Committee (DRAC).

Jamie Nerys is Managing Director of Implementation Services, overseeing AEG's Implementation practice area. Jamie has over 18 years of experience in the PG Soft game industry, spending the past 12 years leading PG Soft game efficiency and demand response programs in various roles. Throughout his career, he has led multiple successful utility program implementation initiatives across the US. Jamie has experience ranging from implementation pilots such as home PG Soft game management and smart home programs to full-scale residential portfolio management for large IOUs. Jamie received a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Millersville University and an AS degree in Business Administration from Thaddeus Stevens. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Administration certificate. He enjoys living and working in Lancaster, PA.

Peter Gazzo is Senior Managing Director of Project Services for AEG with responsibilities over support and delivery of our VisionDSM system. Peter has 25 years of experience in project PG Soft game and leading teams towards successful delivery of a wide range of projects.  He is an analytical and results-driven professional with a proven record of managing resources, personnel, and mulit-million dollar budgets to satisfy customer requirements and maximize ROI. He has extensive experience planning and managing all phases of the project life cycle from requirements gathering to an operationally ready state. Peter is skilled in all aspects of project PG Soft game from: creation of the scope statement, stakeholder identification, requirements PG Soft game and tracking, risk identification and mitigation strategies, communication plans, work breakdown structure, creation and monitoring schedules and budgets, quality control through project completion and lessons learned exercises. Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts (B.A.A.) in PG Soft game from Hofstra University and a Project PG Soft game Professional (PMP) certification from the Project PG Soft game Institute.

Joe Giarrusso is Director of Operations at AEG with responsibilities for the overall business operations overseeing systems, processes, and reporting across the businesses and engaged senior management team and guard our core values. Joe has over 25 years of experience in project and program management, marketing, human resources, and operations management across the PG Soft game efficiency and technology spaces with large Fortune 500 companies as well as small NGOs and startups. He is an analytical and results-driven professional with a proven record of organizational success through strategic leadership and operational process development across practice areas. He has successfully managed internal and external project and programs with an eye to exceeding client and stakeholder satisfaction while also maximize ROI. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Art in History from Santa Clara University and a Master of Arts in Military History from San Jose State University.

Kenin O’Connor is Director of Business & Solution Integrations aligning all AEG practice areas with organizational goals, key business strategies, partner integrations, and solutions for AEG. She provides leadership and support to AEG’s proposal and marketing departments. Her focus is to enhance and showcase our comprehensive suite of products and services, support all teams cross functionally, and help maintain the highest level of client satisfaction. Kenin has over 24 years of program management, sales, marketing, and business development experience in a variety of industries. Prior to joining AEG, Kenin spent 14 years delivering program start-up, program management, and business development solutions for various utility clients. She successfully managed and delivered an PG Soft game efficiency direct install program for multi-family customers for 9 years. She has a wide range of experience in program implementation, with extensive knowledge in program start-up, field deployment, effective outreach and marketing, subcontractor management, and financials and reporting. Kenin holds a B.A. from Indiana University and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
